• The state's financial system law, the budget, accounts, and storehouses regulations, and their amendments.
• Law No. 106 of 1973 regarding the Health Law, its executive regulation, and their amendments.
• Law No. 12 of 2010, on the issuance of the Labor Relations Law and its executive regulation.
• What the Libyan House of Representatives decided in its session held in Sirte city on March 10, 2021, regarding granting confidence to the National Unity Government.
• What the Deputy Minister of Health for Medical Centers Affairs presented in his letter number 46176 dated December 20, 2022.
• Letter of the Secretary of Council of Ministers Affairs No. 5598 dated March 12, 2023.
• The approval of the Council of Ministers in its second regular meeting for the year 2023.

Decision

Article 1

The health centers Abu Qurain – Al Washka are elevated to rural hospitals.

Article 2

This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and any provision that contradicts it is cancelled, and the competent authorities shall implement it.
