Resolution No. 73 of 2024 on the Establishment of the Libyan-Turkish Center for the Development of Technical and Vocational Education

  • The Political Agreement signed on December 17, 2015.
  • The outcomes of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum held on November 9, 2020.
  • The State's Financial System Law, the Budget, Accounts, and Stores Regulations, and their amendments.
  • Law No. 12 of 2010 concerning Labor Relations and its executive regulation.
  • Law No. 18 of 2010 concerning Education.
  • The decision made by the Libyan House of Representatives in its session held on March 10, 2021, in the city of Sirte regarding the confidence in the National Unity Government.
  • Letter from the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education No. 242 dated November 8, 2023.
  • Letter from the Director of the General Administration for Cabinet Affairs No. 2446 dated February 1, 2024.
  • The decision made by the Cabinet in its regular tenth meeting of the year 2023.
  • Decided:

Article 1

A center named the Libyan-Turkish Center for the Development of Technical and Vocational Education shall be established in the city of Tripoli, enjoying juridical personality and independent financial liability, to be affiliated with the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education and organized according to the provisions of the effective legislations.

Article 2

A decision by the Cabinet, based on a presentation by the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education, shall be issued concerning the organization of the center.

Article 3

This decision shall take effect from the date of its issuance, and the competent authorities shall implement it.
