Resolution No. 57 of 2024 Concerning the Adoption of the Regulatory Bylaws for Voter Registration

High National Elections Commission

Upon review of:

  • The Temporary Constitutional Declaration issued on August 3, 2011, and its amendments.
  • Law No. 8 of 2013 on the establishment of the High National Elections Commission.
  • General National Congress Resolution No. 40 of 2013 concerning the appointment of the Chairman and members of the High National Elections Commission.
  • Law No. 10 of 2014 concerning the election of the House of Representatives during the transitional phase.
  • Law No. 5 of 2022 concerning the fight against cybercrimes.
  • Law No. 27 of 2023 concerning the election of the Council of the Nation.
  • Law No. 28 of 2023 concerning the election of the Head of State.
  • Minutes of the fifth meeting of the Commission's Council held on April 2, 2024. It is decided:

Article 1

The regulatory bylaws for voter registration attached to this resolution are hereby adopted.

Article 2

This resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and all concerned parties must adhere to and implement its provisions.
