The Libyan Ministry of Housing and Utilities is responsible for providing adequate housing for citizens and developing the infrastructure for basic facilities such as electricity, water, and sanitation. The Ministry seeks to achieve this by implementing huge housing projects, improving basic utility services, and supporting the private sector in the field of housing.
