Decision No. 214 of 2017 Regarding the addition of a provision to Decision No. 444 of 2016 Concerning the Ban on Importing Seedlings from Italy and France
Minister of Agriculture,
After reviewing،
- The statement of the victory of the February 17 revolution.
- And the temporary constitutional declaration issued on August 3, 2011, and its amendments.
- And the state financial system and the legislation issued in accordance therewith.
- And Law No. 12 of 2010, issuing the Labor Relations Law and its executive regulations.
- And Council of Ministers Resolution No. 101 of 2012, approving the organizational structure and competencies of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Marine Resources and organizing its administrative apparatus.
- And Decision No. 114 of 2012, issuing the internal regulations of the ministry.
- And Decision No. 444 of 2016, regarding the ban on importing seedlings from Italy and France.
Decided:
Article 1
Spain is added to the list of countries mentioned in Decision No. 444 of 2016 regarding the ban on importing any seedlings from it, and all provisions of the referenced decision shall apply to it.
Article 2
This decision shall be effective by the date of its issuance, and the competent authorities shall implement it, and any provision contrary to its provisions shall be invalidated.
